JOB DESCRIPTION
-Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
-Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
-Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
-Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
-Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
-Monitor the team's progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
-Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events.

-Responsible for coordinating activities related to sales and customer service on clients accounts.
-Understanding clients nature of business, organisation, products and domain
-Passionate about the Sales in the assigned territory and achieving targets
-Individual contributor role to acquire new business and bring revenue growth.
-Anchor client meetings and pursue the opportunities generated with the help of pre-sales and internal team.
- Developing new corporate clients and establishing long term relation with them.
- Responsible for end to end ownership of the accounts.
-Develop and execute the client account strategy that clearly defines how the company will help the client grow and differentiate it.
-Maintain cordial relationship with clients.
-Identify and develop new streams for long-term revenue growth and maintaining relationships with customers to achieve repeat/ referral business.
-Co-ordinate with all Sales Heads and SPOC's on regular basis
-Handling customer introductions (Pre-sales activity), by emails, messages, phone calls etc and share company presentation and profile.
-Customer coordination and follow-ups regarding documentations.
-Support Sales & Operation Head in all his tasks
-Handling day to day post sales activity such as invoice submission to customer etc and payment follow-ups.
-Co-ordinate with Business Development team to keep track of potentials scope being generated by their team
