Job Description
1. Candidate should conduct Joining formalities .
2. Handling Employee Database (Both in Soft Form and Files Management)
3. Leaves and Attendance Management
4. Should have to deal with Exits
5. Have to prepare Reports
6. Candidate has to deal with Employee Engagement
7.Candidate has to prepare Letters ( Appointment and Release)
Employee Relation -
1) Handling all the queries of the employees. Be it related to Salary, Leaves, Attendance etc.
2) They are also expected to explain the various policies, strategies and benefits to employees.
3) They are expected to stop all type of rumours and misleading communications.
4) They should motivate the employees on day-to-day basis.
Eligibility:
1. Gender: Both Male & Female candidates may apply
2. Any Graduate/ MBA in HR.
3. Skills: Good communication skill in English
4.Minimum 2 years experience in the relevant feild.
5. Age:18 – 40 years
6. Candidate has to be flexible with rotational shift.
