Mechanical Maintenance officer - Plant (for Flexible Packaging Company)

To lead and demonstrate the maintenance activities in the plant machinery, this includes identification of right spare and its replacement in rightly manner, to improve the life of machinery and reduce the breakdown Position reporting to maintenance manager :- Experience:- Must be a diploma with 8-10 years relevant experience at packaging industry Responsibilities:- To carry out effective break down maintenance To carry out effective preventive maintenance To identify the right spare and its qualitative replacement To train his subordinates Desired candidate profile:- Should have good analytic and diagnostic skills Should have good communication skills Age of candidate should be between :- 30 - 35 years
