Corporate Social Responsibility Manager/Coordinator

• Serve as an internal expert and an external representative on CSR issues
• Conceptualizing & developing customized CSR strategies aligned with the client’s (Public & Private Sector Corporates) values, expertise, products, stakeholder expectations and long-term vision
• Defining vision, mission and funding strategy
• Conducting a stakeholder needs assessment and recommending initiatives that leverage expertise and expectations of the company’s stakeholders
• Evaluating internal processes of corporates and making recommendations to align them with CSR objectives
• Preparing an implementation roadmap for CSR and financial budgeting
• Selecting NGO or implementation partners and training them to execute CSR mandate
• Conceptualize and facilitate development of MIS, Developing reporting framework, MIS, monitoring & evaluation tools and IEC/BCC materials
• Preparing implementation road map and budget
• Undertaking monitoring & impact evaluation of CSR activity on business objectives (increased visibility, brand recognition etc.), on NGO partners and on community/beneficiaries
• Undertake periodic visits to project areas and selected partner NGOs to extend supportive supervision of activity implementation.
