Job Description

We have urgent vacancy of “Technical Sales/Associate” for inbound and out bound process & "Customer Care Executive/ Retention Officer" .

Designation- Tech Sales Associate (L2/L3 Level) & Customer Care Executive/ Retention Officer

Location- Noida, Sector 63

Timing- 8pm to 5am, Fixed sat-Sun off

Salary Range- 20k-38k + Amazing Incentive+ Cab + Meal+ Perks

Incentive- 2rs- 5rs per Dollar

Experience- 1 year to 4 years on paper (min 6 month experience with good comm skill can also apply.)

Job Description:- (Technical Sales, Inbound/Outbound)

  • Technical Sales Associate (TSA) is the first point of contact for the callers from North America.
  • Basic technical knowledge required for proper diagnosis of the root cause.
  • Recommendation of technical help through easy steps.
  • Converting a Caller to a Customer by placing & enrolling the apt support plan through soft selling skills.
  • Software or Service packages to be sold.

Candidate Profile:-

  • Graduate or Above ( Any Stream)
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Mechanical or technical aptitude (ability to learn)
  • A desire to continually learn about products & services
  • Accuracy and Time Management skills
  • Target Oriented person with a zeal to perform

Job Description:- "Customer Care/ Retension Officer"

  • *Provides technical feedback to Product Management based on customer contact.
  • *Provides support for Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application.
  • *Resolving technical issues for customers.
  • *Supporting sales staff with customer issues.
  • *Updating details of customers in software.
  • *Utilizing CRM system to track selling activities & update account information.

Candidate Profile:-

  • 1-4 years’ experience in Inside Sales or Customer Service role.
  • Mechanical or technical aptitude (ability to learn)
  • A desire to continually learn about products & services.
  • Word processing, spreadsheet entry for customer correspondence (MSWord/Excel).
  • Accuracy and Time Management skills.

Taking 30—45 calls per day, doing call back as per request or schedule.
