Job Description
• Should manage the portfolio for Gold Loan/financial business within its territory. • Leading a team of Branch Managers to ensure business growth. • Identifying & taking initiatives for launching new branches across the assigned territory. • Should be able to generate revenue and ensure overall business growth • Guiding and motivating subordinates in achieving their goals • Training the sales team on all the financial activities from time to time. • Maintaining quality of the business by tracking & controlling the team. • Coaching & mentoring employees and providing them with timely feedback on their performance. Job Specification: • Graduate/post graduate with minimum 4-6 years of experience in dealing with gold loans/financial activities. • Basic knowledge about computer is a must. • Should be ready to travel extensively • Should possess excellent Networking Skills and Communication skills. • Should be able to handle 10-20 braches within its territory.
