Job Description
• Responsible for handling branch sales, marketing & operational activities for ensuring business growth • Should manage & increase portfolio for Gold Loan/FPD business of its branch • Client acquisition & existing customer Retention • Responsible for Lead generation & converting prospects customers to source business through references from the new & existing customers • Ensuring process adherence • Responsible for collection & minimising NPA / Auction cases • Coaching, mentoring and training branch staff to increase their performance • Maintaining quality of the business by managing the team • Prepare MIS reports related to branch functioning and its performance • Organizing Sales and Brand promotion activities Job Specification: • Graduate/Post graduate with minimum 3 years of total experience • Knowledge about Financial Loan product & Team handling experience is preferred • Should possess excellent Networking Skills and Communication skills
