Marketing Manager Job Responsibilities:

 

Position:                       Marketing Manager

Reports to:                   Showroom Head / General Manager

  Supervises:                   Business Development Executives /Promotion Executive Experience : Minimum 3-5 years experience as Marketing Manager/Assistant Marketing Manager in any retail industry based out of Bangalore. Should be a localite of Bangalore and should have work experience in ant retail industry in Bangalore. Experience in BTL activities is very important.   Job Vacancies for Marketing Managers in : Bangalore, Udupi, Davangere, Shimoga locations  

• Supervision of all marketing staff
• Ensure that marketing staff are working properly, cross check on random basis occasionally
• Generation of various marketing reports
• Supervision of hoarding boards
• Make necessary arrangements to replace the damaged hoarding boards
• Check reports of the marketing staff and cross check the authenticity by calling through phone
• Invite the customers through phone whom the marketing staff have already met
• Visit and invite premium customers directly
• Ensure that various campaigns are effectively executed in showroom level
• Ensure that marketing persons are available in all areas coming under the shop, if not inform HR department about this matter
• Must impart training to new marketing staff
• Supervision of the marketing programs organized by the company from time to time
• Learn the competitor’s strategy and initiate new marketing strategies to counter it
• Help customers in their purchases while in the shop
• Perform other duties as assigned by the management

Annual CTC : 4.5 lacs
