Jobs Description: -To work towards the achievement of the Organization’s philosophy, mission, strategy, and its annual goals and objectives -Handle Centre operations related to Sales, Marketing, Education Delivery and Placements -Maintain the budget of the Centre to become cost effective. -Formulate & Execute the Sales & Marketing strategies, and plans for achieving targets through direct & indirect customer connect. -Ensure centre profitability and revenue growth for the FY -Develop sales and marketing plans with respect to contributing revenue growth to the organization. -Provide support to sales as well delivery team to ensure centre profitability and customer satisfaction -Build and maintain relationship with Academia & Corporate in the region. -Implement special initiatives rolled out by the organization to enhance sales and services -Impart training to the Sales team as per the identified segments penetration plans. -Prepare the annual budget reports, funds and expenses. -Responsible for the financial and operational management. -Work as a liaison in between team members and management. -Management, supervision and administration of the team and students at Centre. -Motivate the team to work towards achieving the targets. -Prepare status reports and meeting presentations and documents.
