Job Responsibilities :
- Management of Employee Information.The human resources associate may be responsible for managing and maintaining employee records. Employee records include information such as the employee’s name and address, job title and job description, compensation, tax withholding, benefits as well as information relating to absences, grievances and performance reports. The HR associate should be able to file documents, forms and personnel data in an accurate and timely manner. The HR associate should be sensitive to the fact that they are handling highly confidential information.
- Employee Relations. The human resources associate is usually the first point of contact for employees that require assistance with issues relating to HR.
- The HR associate may also be tasked with developing, implementing and maintaining policies that support the values and culture of the organization.
- End to End recruitment cycle. Screening, Selection and training of the new employees.Tasks could include posting job openings, processing job applications, managing resumes, arranging job interviews, verifying employment history, conducting background checks and advising applicants on the status of their application.
- Training and Development. Scheduling Training, Compiling training material, Managing training and conducting training as per the requirement.
- Compensation and payroll. The HR associate may be required to process payroll, process payroll changes, address payroll discrepancies and manage time and attendance systems.
Skills Required:
The HR associate should have excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. They should also have strong computer skills and proficient with Microsoft Office.
