Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assesses competitors by analyzing and summarizing competitor information and trends; identifying sales opportunities.
  • Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts; soliciting new accounts; building rapport; providing technical information and explanations; preparing quotations.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements
  • Closes new accounts by answering telephone, fax, and e-mail inquiries; verifying and entering information.
  • Perform routine follow up calls as per renewal procedure to hit Renewal Sales Goals.
  • Finds ways to improve efficiency, quality and service of ongoing work.
  • Handles a large number of small to medium business accounts and small to medium reseller accounts
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
Job Requirement:
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding measurable goals in a highly automated metrics based phone sales environment.
  • Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Must possess strong prospecting account management, and closing skills.
  • Knowledge on IT Infrastructure would be an added advantage.
  • Must be an exceptional listener with excellent time management skills.
