Job Responsibilities:
- Assesses competitors by analyzing and summarizing competitor information and trends; identifying sales opportunities.
- Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts; soliciting new accounts; building rapport; providing technical information and explanations; preparing quotations.
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Closes new accounts by answering telephone, fax, and e-mail inquiries; verifying and entering information.
- Perform routine follow up calls as per renewal procedure to hit Renewal Sales Goals.
- Finds ways to improve efficiency, quality and service of ongoing work.
- Handles a large number of small to medium business accounts and small to medium reseller accounts
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
Job Requirement:
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding measurable goals in a highly automated metrics based phone sales environment.
- Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must possess strong prospecting account management, and closing skills.
- Knowledge on IT Infrastructure would be an added advantage.
- Must be an exceptional listener with excellent time management skills.
