What you’ll do...
- Conceptualize, create, and launch campaigns that drive results: leads, conversions, and customer retention.
- Review and optimize a wide variety of tools to drive conversion. Our team uses email, SEO, SEM, landing-page optimization, advertising, social media, marketing automation, and more.
- Develop programs and content that move customers through the entire buying cycle
- Act as a sounding board for our business and advocate for our brand.
What you’ll bring to the table
- 3+ years of experience in lead-generation marketing, preferably with a high-growth startup
- Expertise across web, mobile, and tablet, increasing qualified traffic through various acquisition tactics (SEM, SEO, email, affiliate networks, social media, and display remarketing)
- Experience in product positioning, messaging, external communications, and leveraging key influencers
- A proven track record developing and implementing consumer marketing programs that drive acquisition, retention, and conversion through web, mobile, and social channels
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment with evolving responsibilities
- The ability to clearly articulate thoughts and communicate exceptionally well with others
- The ability to manage projects, leading initiatives from start to finish
- Communicating complex subject matter in easy-to-understand language
- A knack for web marketing and advertising
- Deep knowledge of the psychology of persuasion
What you’ll have to assimilate (quickly!)
- Our market and the psychology of our customers
- High-level conceptualization of our systems: Magento, Google Analytics etc.
