1.Accurately and promptly dispense prescriptions. 2.Review and monitor patient profiles for interactions, incompatibilities, Allergies, duplication of orders, cost effectiveness of drugs and Intervenes appropriately. 3.Billing of dispensed items for inpatient and outpatients. 4.Implementing the SOPs. 5.Provides drug information to patients and other healthcare professionals. 6.Ensure proper storage and record keeping of narcotic and other scheduled drugs. 7.Maintain upto date knowledge about all drugs and medical supplies. 8.Play an active role in ensuring proper inventory control systems including, control and monitoring of stocks, introduction of new items, removal of non moving and expired stock. 9.Ensure compliance of pharmacy with drug licensing and certification needs. 10.Actively participate in the creation of the Pharmacy Formulary.
