Job Description

Job Description -       Should be able to lead and guide the team in manual testing. -       Excellent communication and analytical skills. -       Should have interacted with client / customer. -       Should have knowledge of automation, performance testing. -       Installation and configuration on web and mobile. -       Mobile testing with simulators and other tools. -       Have worked in agile model. -       Knows scope of SIT, UAT. -       Can manage environments. -       Provide sign off based on exit criteria. -       Should influence development on setting priorities and severities. -       Should have tested Social Media integrated applications. -       Should have tested web services using soap based tools. -       Should have worked with XMLs, Databases, and stubs. -       Should have worked on traceability matrix, requirement management and data points. Core Responsibilities

  • Responsible for quality control of the application.
  • Interact with developers, fellow testers, clients to deliver best quality product to customer on time and in budget.
  • Inculcate Quality assurance among developers, fellow testers and all other teams who directly or indirectly impact product quality.
Key Deliverables
  • Efficient and professional office services are provided by the management office or service providers and the reception area and its surrounding common facilities are kept clean and tidy.
  • The meeting rooms have all the necessary equipment and they are well maintained.
  • Timely and accurate verification of employees’ claims, ensuring compliance to the HR policies and guidelines.
Desired Skills & Experiences
  • About 4 – 6 years of manual testing experience with knowledge of automation and performance testing.
  • Deliver quality product whether it is on web or mobile. Understands end customer requirements to validate the application.
  • Demonstrate ability to handle work professionally, independently and efficiently with a strong customer service mindset.
  • Possess effective organizational and follow-up skills, paying attention to detail.
  • Good interpersonal skills and able to interface with all levels, internally and externally, in a professional and responsive manner.
