Agriculture Production Manager

1. Executing Agriculture Production Plan, Recording production and taking measure to ascertain the production levels from field; 2. Taking care of regular supply of the animal fodder and feed up to feed-alley; Forecast 30 day’s outlook of the fodder availability. 3. Maintaining Crops including Sowing, Fertilization, Irrigation, Insecticide, Weedicide Harvesting schedules specially for Maize, Oats, Sorghum and fodder crops 4. Take regular care of the agricultures equipment and machineries, Servicing, Cleaning, Oiling, Fuel Reserves and Repairs. 5. Preservation of green fodder into silage, hay, with estimating and stocking wheat straw, complement appropriately 6. Take daily reporting and attendance data from field workers 7. Continuously work to improve workplace safety and predictability of the business 8. Managing Agriculture Checklists 9. Be ready for a backfill in case any one of absent / sorted
