Job For Customer Care Executive

We are a start-up based in Gurgaon, looking for freshers in customer care and operations profile.

• Respond to Customer queries
• Process and resolve customer queries within TAT
• Respond to customer queries received via email
• Co-ordinating with Vendors
• Maintain records of customer queries
• Candidate must have basic knowledge of Ms-Office.
• Candidate should be fluent in English
