• Should handle outbound and as well as the inbound calls to increase the sale of Coffee Powder, Coffee Beans, Coffee Vending Machines, etc
• Should increase the online sales through existing portals and as well as to create sales in new portals.
• He/She must be capable enough to handle the customer queries/complaints and resolve on time.
• Should coordinate with the service engineer and arrange for
• installation/disconnection, demo, service, etc.
