We are hiring for the below mentioned profile.

Role: Technical Support

Exp:  0-2 year

Salary: 11000/- to 35,000/- In hand

Facility:  Meal, Cab, Incentive

Skill:  Excellent Communication skills

Job Responsibility:

• Should be available to work in a 24x7 environment with no specific shift preferences
• Will be responsible for Attaining daily, weekly and monthly Sales Targets.
• Ability to understand/comprehend the customer's requirements and respond tactically
• Emphasizing on key words, handling objections and using product/service benefits to respond to customers queries.
• Should be able to engage the customer in a conversation and avoid dead air on calls
• Accurately capturing required customer details in CRM
• Will require addressing irate/demanding customers - where necessary, in a tactical manner
• Ability to close sales
• Meet Call Quality requirements as outlined via Call Monitoring Guidelines.
• Requires maintaining 100% Sales Compliance as per Sales Compliance Guidelines.

Interview Timings : 1 pm to 7 pm
