VoIP NOC Engineer

Job Description for NOC Engineer Designation: • NOC Engineer Job Description • Handling and Monitoring Traffic & Carriers via web interface and soft switch. • Analyzing the SIP Logs, CDR, ASR, and ACD to find the usage in A-Z route of different vendors and replace with the best route with LCR. • Monitoring SIP call Logs through our SIP Servers to find out the error (eg.503 service unavailable, 404 not found, 480 unsupported codec types, 603 decline etc.) Major Activities: • Seek and send rate targets from/to carriers globally. • Coordination with Carriers for Route testing & related issues. • Tracking the entire demo (Test) Accounts and keeping feedback from Carrier. • Managing Users Account and sending them Low Balance Notification. • Working on VoIP & VOS Soft switch. • Knowledge of tracing calls log with wire shark with RTP flow analysis. • VOIP Protocol knowledge: SIP, H.323, & IP. • Good understanding of various Codec’s (G.711, G.723, G.729a etc) used in VoIP Devices • Installing, configuring and maintaining VOIP Gateways on SIP. • Building relationships with clients involving follow up and feedback. • Track and monitor the problems to ensure a timely resolution. • Troubleshooting and configuring various VOIP Gateways Candidate Profile • Minimum 1-3 years experience • Good technical skills • Warm personality • Good presentation skills • Established track record in NOC in Telecom industry Academics: Graduation required preferably technical background like B.Tech, BCA etc. Salary: As per industry norms Shift Timings: 10am – 7pm, Monday - Saturday
