Job Description
Experience:
- First level supervisory sales experience in financial services (credit card, auto loans, investment companies etc.), direct selling or FMCG.
- Should be leading a team of minimum 5-6 frontline sales people.
Main Priorities:
- Meeting the Sales targets for the team/ Branch.
- Recruitment of team of Business Service Associate (BSA)/Agent Mentor
- Development of a high performing Advisor team with low attrition rates.
- The role-holder would have day to day responsibility of driving business through team of Advisors.
- Team Leading and Management Capability.
- To set clear targets and provide appropriate feedback to advisors on progress leading to development of motivated and dedicated team of Advisors.
- Work closely with the advisors, colleagues and internal resources to deliver value.
Minimum Graduate/MBA/PG with minimum 3 years to 12 years experience in sales, marketing, business development etc.
