JOB DESCRIPTION Role: Corporate Relations & Marketing Manager Location: Greater Kailash Part 2. Experience: 2 years Candidate should be MBA. King Stubb & Kasiva is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic marketing manager to join its team. You will manage the day to day marketing activities of the organisation and long term marketing strategy for the firm. You should have great contacts within the corporate world to be able to pick up and sign legal assignments for the firm. Duties: Duties include but are not limited to: Managing all marketing activities for the firm and activities within the marketing department. Developing the marketing strategy for the firm in line with objectives. Overseeing the companys marketing budget. Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans. Planning and implementing promotional campaigns. Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results. Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications. Creating a wide range of different marketing materials. Maintain effective communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives. Analysing potential strategic partner relationships for marketing. Key Abilities: - To demonstrate the ability to interact and cooperate with all employees/ consultants of the firm. - To build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on delivery to clients, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity. - Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet Firm’s core values. - Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments. - Be creative and enthusiastic The ideal candidate must have four or more years experience in the industry should they not hold the formal qualifications. Salary is commensurate with qualifications and/or experience.
