  Job Title               Designation – Technical Support Officer/ Sr.Technical Support Officer Job Objectives: Key Result Areas / Key Performance Indicators

  • Inbound/ Outbound calls
  • Perform trouble shooting
  • Should have strong technical knowledge
  • Prior experience of International Technical Support/ Tech Sales will be a plus
  • Experience with printers and routers will be highly preferred.
  Duties & Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound / outbound calls
  • Should be able to perform trouble shooting
  • Should be able to answer any query independently if required
  • Should have good communication skills
  • Should be able to work in US Shifts
  Job Requirements Skills     Minimum Skills:
  • Strong verbal communication skills (English)
  • Should have strong technical knowledge
  • Prior experience of International Technical Support is a must
  • Experience with printers and routers will be highly preferred.
  • Should have good Knowledge of Computers
Desired Skills: Technical Support / Tech Sales background is highly preferred.
