Designation – Technical Support Officer/ Technical Sales Officer Location: Noida Sector 63 Job Type: Permanent Job Description: • Inbound/ Outbound calls • Perform trouble shooting • Should have strong technical knowledge • Prior experience of International Technical Support/ Tech Sales will be a plus • Experience with printers and routers will be highly preferred. • Should be able to answer any query independently if required • Should have good communication skills • Should be able to work in US Shifts • Should have strong technical knowledge Desired Skills: Technical Support / Tech Sales background is highly preferred.
