• To be brand ambassador of the company and create excellent first impression of the company
• Should have excellent communication skill.
• Should be graduate/undergraduate.
• Should have experience in International BPO(voice process)
• Freshers are also welcome.
• To manage national / international phone calls
• To manage inward and outward calls
• Understand and manage personal performance on a daily basis.
• Maintain confidently.
• Use company script guidelines appropriately and follow detailed briefs to conduct calls.
Ideal profile
• Self-starter, seeking a new professional challenge and a role with enormous growth potential.
• Minimum 6 months of relevant work experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
• Very high ethical standards
• Comfortable with ambiguity and unpredictable work hours
• Willing to start early in morning 4.30 am (Australia timings)
• Bachelor’s degree required.
