Job Description
- Handling Inbound calls through voice, chat & remote.
- Providing technical assistant to international clients (Troubleshooting for technical issues related to computers, peripherals, scanners and printers.
- Focused on selling of Annual/Per incident plan.
- Taking care of customer satisfaction.
- Handling inbound calls and achieving sales target.
- Must have the ability to communicate clearly with clients at varying levels, conceptually and tactically
- Candidate should have 1-4 years of experience in Technical Support Voice Process.
- Prior experience in an international calling process will be an added advantage.
- Should be open to work in Night shifts.
- Experience in US, Australian, UK or Canada Inbound processes is preferable
