  • Handling Inbound calls through voice, chat & remote.
  • Providing technical assistant to international clients (Troubleshooting for technical issues related to computers, peripherals, scanners and printers.
  • Focused on selling of Annual/Per incident plan.
  • Taking care of customer satisfaction.
  • Handling inbound calls and achieving sales target.
  • Must have the ability to communicate clearly with clients at varying levels, conceptually and tactically
  • Candidate should have 1-4 years of experience in Technical Support Voice Process.
  • Prior experience in an international calling process will be an added advantage.
  • Should be open to work in Night shifts.
  • Experience in US, Australian, UK or Canada Inbound processes is preferable
