Designation: Branch Manager Salary: 20 to 25 k + Incentives Office timing: 9am to 7pm. Industry: Education Interview Date: 12th may to 14th may 2014 Interview Timing: 11 to 3 Pm Only For females… Duties & Responsibilities: ? Work with other team members, counselors, Clients, and Trainers to solve specific challenges and leverage growth opportunities. ? Stay abreast of competing markets, offers, courses etc. in the community and surrounding areas. Contact companies/schools etc. in pursuit of business. ? Maintain contact and friendly relationships with clients and trainers, building a favorable company image. Resolve problems and complaints as they arise. ? Direct and coordinate counter and outside sales (if applicable) efforts. Direct sales program to develop new markets. ? Coordinate office maintenance, counseling and promotional activity. ? Set branch pricing and direct quotation activities (if applicable). ? Manages office expense, students discounts, trainer’s salary and pricing to maintain profit levels. ? successfully resolve students/trainers/counselors issues timely and professionally. ? Maintain positive attitude towards clients and associates by being Friendly and courteous ? continuously update course knowledge. Stay informed and educated as to language inventory and applicability.
