Profile Summary ? Offering over 10 years of experience in all facets of Human Resource / Administration functions. ? Presently associated with Construction Consultants (HR / Administration) ? Proficient in ensuring smooth implementation of HR policies for recruitment, selection, documents processing, joining of new employees. ? Gained experience of working in close coordination with Clients for shortlisting suitable candidates. ? Adept at managing people, maintaining healthy employee relations, handling employee grievances thus creating a progressive environment. Administration Activities: • Self correspondence and follow up action • Scheduling of appointments and meetings, • Maintaining and updating confidential personal records of Employees/Emigrants • Recording of outgoing STD/ISD calls and allocation of expenses. • Maintaining Leave records, Medical Slip and Attendance Register. • Bank’s related works, liaisoning with Govt. Offices such as MTNL, DVB, Post-Office, Railway-Ticket Booking etc. • Coordinating with all senior personnel for various issues. • Follow procedures related to visa, passport, work permits, medical expenses • MIS reports, Monthly return, Departure record, Invoices,
