• The Main job responsibility would be to contact top specialist doctors through various sources like social platforms (eg. LinkedIn etc.) and other sources, from India and all over the world, and get them em-paneled on MediAngels.

Full Time:

• The Main job responsibility would be to contact top specialist doctors through various sources like social platforms (eg. LinkedIn etc.) and other sources, from India and all over the world, and get them em-paneled on MediAngels.
• Would be required to communicate with Expert Consultant Doctors and build a rapport with them.
• Would be required to communicate with patient; take proper history and follow up via telephone or internet To understand the Consultant’s medical opinion thoroughly, understand their operational issues and provide quick working solutions. To pass on the medical opinion of Consultant to the Patients up to their satisfaction.
• Past Medical transcription/ Healthcare BPO expertise would be added benefit.
• Would be required to ensure that Patient gets Medical Services of Highest order and check for any irregularities.
• Would be required to attend to Patients grievances and suggest remedial measures.
• Would be required to edit/write/rectify medical content.
• Would be required to assist in the management and improvement of patient care processes and escalation protocols.
