Our talent acquisition team is composed of highly talented recruiters in the US and India that work together in making DivIHN a best-in-class staffing services provider. We are now looking to expand our India-based team with aggressive recruiters that will make an immediate impact. Candidates will need to be able to work in night shifts (8:30pm - 5:30am IST). While people with prior IT recruitment experience (for the US job market) would be preferred, we are certainly open to freshers that exhibit the zeal and passion to succeed in this role. Responsibilities * Support the staffing group by sourcing and recruiting US-based candidates for IT job requisitions * Utilize multiple recruiting sources including but not limited to personal network, job boards, user groups, LinkedIn, phone lists, and other tools and technology resources. * Utilize multiple techniques to source candidates. These techniques include, but are not limited to, cold calling, referrals, job boards, professional associations, etc. * Perform a high number of cold calls (phone) to develop leads with candidate prospects * Effectively manage multiple job requisitions and deliver on a high volume basis. * Interview candidates to identify skills and criteria for their job search and determine "fit" opportunities. * Be flexible to stretch beyond working hours on an as-needed basis Qualifications * 2 to 4 Yrs of experience handling end-to-end IT recruitment plus bachelors degree required. * Freshers must exhibit a broad understanding of the IT landscape * Organized, Ethical and Punctual with excellent communication (written and verbal) skills. * Must exhibit an assertive & persuasive attitude, be innovative and should possess high levels of energy * Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively, and to shift gears on the fly. * Ability to assess candidate capabilities, needs, and interests by understanding their long-term goals. * Ability to communicate with professionals at all levels, and not sound like a rookie
