Desired Profile:
- Food Specialist needs to have good communications skillsso that they can interact well with the high profile customers and solve problems with the suppliers.
- Candidate having minimum 1 year work experience in 5 Star Hotels, Multi Cuisine Restaurants & Bars,
- Cruise lines, Restaurant chains and F&B industries.
- Food specialists must be food lovers and possess gourmet knowledge about meat, cheese, wines, F&B, international cuisines.
Remuneration:
11K to 15K Net Take Home + PLVR (Incentives) + PLVR © + LTA (upto Rs. 4800 pa)
Job Description:
Customer Service :
- Delivering world class customer service experience and building customer satisfaction
- Taking care of customer request and doing follow ups on the same to ensure closure
- Handling customer queries and complaints.
- Keeping the customer aware about product availability in the store
Gourmet Consultant:
- Responsible for sharing recipes and cooking tips with the customers on how the product should be used in various recipes
- Give expert advice to high profile and discerning customers
- Responsible for all types of food sampling and cooking demos inside the stores and for outdoor cooking demo sessions
Store Operations :
- Increasing the sales by selling the in house products
- Taking bulk orders of hampers, platters and other products
- Ordering & Stock count at the end of every month
