- Resolving customer issues (via phone, emails and chats.)
- Coordinating with various departments and ensuring turnaround time.
- Maintaining MIS for customers.
- Familiarity with social media and concepts of e-commerce business and marketing.
- Ability to handle escalations.

- Ability to type a minimum of 30 to 35 wpm with 90% accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication proficiency in English.
