Our team is highly focused on defect free and standards driven implementation of projects with delivery on schedule. Job Description  :

  • Comprehensive foundation training will be provided as per company skill matrix for the initial 1 month and the candidate is then staffed on a live project along with an experienced PHP programmer to learn skills by doing the work under guidance.
  • There are various certification levels like L1, L2, L3A and L3B. After 12 months, the individual is expected to lead 2 small projects with master folder maintenance / live server updates.
  • The trained candidate would above all have strong programming skills in PHP / DRUPAL / WORDPRESS and will have led at least 5 medium sized full life cycle projects over 2 years in our company.
  • This role will contribute in formulating the screen design for the project, preparation of class diagram, program design, module by module programming and unit testing.
  • The projects cover functional areas like e-commerce, workflow automation, inventory control, order processing, content management, purchasing, warehousing and operations planning among others.
  • The solutions are designed around PHP / MYSQL technologies on Apache / Linux platform.
  • This role requires skills like database design and object oriented architecture in n-tier architecture.
  • The candidate is expected to have high pro-activity and self learning ability.
  • The candidate need not have knowledge on PHP.
Qualification required/ preferred : B.Tech Designation : Software Engineer Eligibility criteria : B.Tech Fresher (No percentage cut off or specialization criteria) Interview rounds:
  • 1. HR round – Screening - At the campus
  • 2. IQ – Aptitude – At company premises
  • 3. Technical round - At company premises
  • 4. Final round with Managing Director - At company premises
Bond: 2 years
  • As a part of the bond, original certificates and a security cheque of 1.5L needs to be given to the company (It is not depositing money, it is only giving a cheque.
  • The cheque will be deposited/ encashed only if the candidate breaks the bond).
Package:
  • 1.4 LPA (for first year)
  • 1.8 LPA (after 1 year)
  • 2.1 LPA ( after 18 months)
  • If the candidate wishes to continue working with the company the starting package from 3rd year will be 4.2 LPA
