Looking for Data Modelling Analyst Eligibility : BE/B.Tech(CSE) Location : Bangalore Job Category : Others, Finance Last Date : 23 Apr 2015 Job Type : Full Time Hiring Process : Face to Face Interview Skills: Java / J2EE Description: As part of our work, we are in the process of capturing various financial regulatory data. We require skilled, team members who can review regulatory documents and artefacts and import their related data from various sources (Excel, Access, Word, XML, XSD, etc.) into a specified data format. This may require setting up data models to structure the data capture. This is challenging work as it requires individuals with an intersection of knowledge across software development, financial industry, data technologies and data modelling. Required:

• Formal computer science or computer engineering education and background
• Strong Java development knowledge as all key technologies are Java based
• An understanding of data modelling, particularly UML based or EMF Ecore notation

• experience with different data technologies for ETL, particularly XML/XSD and SQL but also MS Office products
• strong knowledge of the Eclipse platform, particularly the Eclipse Modelling Framework
• a knowledge of financial industry data and terminology: e.g., financial statements, risk measures, trading metrics, banking book business (loans, mortgages, credit cards, etc.)
• a base understanding of financial industry regulation
• experience with performing data transformations – e.g., XSLT

• Fluent English as all data and client communications will be in English
• Very strong communication skills to ensure an understanding of client requirements
• An ability to learn very quickly, particularly towards new technologies and industries
• Good team skills as our experience has found that this work is best tackled in small, collaborative groups
