Business Analyst Trainer And Support

Position Description tekERP INC is looking for a Business Analyst Trainer for a full time position. This is a REMOTE POSITION. Qualifications: • 5+ Years of verifiable experience as Business Analyst with Large IT companies like TCS, WIPRO, CTS etc. • Excellent Communication Skills (Written & Verbal) and Interpersonal skills • Should be willing to work in United States Time Zone (EST). • Good work ethic, punctual, and motivated to add value. • Must have High Speed Internet, Computer @ Home along with backup for Internet and power. • Certification in Business Analysis preferred. Responsibilities: • Will be responsible for training of Consultants on SDLC, Agile, Waterfall, RUP, UML, Rational Rose, Dataflow Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, Use Cases, SQL, GAP Analysis, MS Visio, MS Access, , Rational ClearCase, Rational RequisitePro, Documentum, Mercury TestDirector, Rational ClearQuest Etc. • Will be training on how to Prepare BRD, FRD, SRS and other Documents. • Will be training on How to conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing). • Will be Training on How to Conduct JAD (Joint Application Development) sessions. • Training on various Requirements Gathering Techniques like Brainstorming, User Stories, Conducting Interviews etc. • Provide On-Job support for candidates that are currently working on projects Interested Candidates please forward your profiles to careers(at)tekerp.com or call 890-400-1109 for consideration.
