Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Complete process documentation, communications, and reports required to support leadership
- Identify process improvement opportunities to develop effective business solutions
- Foster relationships and partner with internal teams, external business functions to deliver business results
- Utilize standard work approach and or methodologies in completing project work
- Plan and coordinate own and team’s work activities in integration and improvement efforts
- Manage workload to meet deadlines and quality expectations
- Demonstrate functional and technical skills foundation
- Take responsibility for personal skill development and career management
- Participate in and contribute to regular team discussions and process improvement initiatives
- May act as a lead.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Hand on experience in Handling projects in BPO/ ITES industry only
- Excellent communication in English (written and oral) and interpersonal skills. Ability to interact with international stakeholders
- Strong project management
- Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint Skill
