Job For Linux Administrator

1) To configure and ensure correct scripts are running on servers- for monitoring server uptime, scripts, backups which are running. 2) Knowledge of Shell scripting 3) Troubleshooting problems that arise and taking proactive on them. This includes apache / mysql problems, and coordinating with the development teams to resolve them 5) Ensure load balancing / high availability of web applications , other applications 6) Manage internal systems/network access, monitoring, backup/restore, upgrades etc 7) Manage and own version control (SVN) forapplications.Required Skill-set: 1) 1+ year of experience as a linux system admin2) 1+ year of experience in networking, routing, firewalls on Linux machines 3) 1+ year of experience in database Mysql or postgreSQL 4) Good communication skills5) Knowledge in SVN/GIT7) Knowledge in PHP, Python, Magento 6) Should have solid shell/ bash/ csh/ sed / awk/ perl scripting skills 7) Knowledge in nginx would be an added advantage
