• Good aptitude and technical knowledge
• Good understanding of programming languages and tools
• Good understanding of OOP and COM concepts
• Good understanding of Data Structures
• Good understanding of RDBMS concepts
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Good presentation skills
• Knowledge of C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server 2005/2008, .NET Frameworks is a huge benefit.
• Knowledge of other concepts like HTTP, Web services, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, APIs, etc will be an added advantage

• Working in a team environment
• Understanding client requirements and functional specifications
• Developing and maintaining dynamic websites and web applications
• Coordinating with developers and other trainees
• Providing regular project status updates to his/her manager
