About the Role and Responsibilities : Sr Software Development Engineer

About the role:
Content Security Interlock are a team of highly talented engineers that engineer code to industry best of class standard, supplying core technology components to a variety of McAfee products that are utilized by over 100 million customers world-wide.
As a member of the Dev team, you will perform analysis, development and testing tasks on components, infrastructure, tools and release deliverables. This position represents an excellent opportunity to join this core team in serving multiple internal product customers in the security software market.
Qualifications
Required Experience/Skills & Education:
- Excellent communication skills - fluent written and verbal English
- Solid experience of software engineering and quality process
Proven development experience:
- Javascript (pure, not framework or jQuery)
- HTML
- CSS
- OO experience (Javascript, prefererably)
- UI Unit testing
- Code coverage tools
- Cross-browser environments
- Experienced with Windows, Linux, Web servers
- Reusable component design
Highly Desirable
- Javascript framework - ExtJS (version 4 and above preferable), YUI 3
- REST API design
- MVC
- Java/Tomcat experience
- Agile Scrum
- Management tools - in particular Bugzilla, Version One
- Version control - SVN preferable
