- To be responsible for managing technology in projects and providing technical guidance / solutions for work completion
- To be responsible for providing technical guidance / solutions
- To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity
- To ensure process compliance in the assigned module| and participate in technical discussions/review.
- To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations.
Additional requirement
- Automotive Domain - Car infotainment/Audio
- C++, TI JASINTO 6 platform
- Customer interface , onsite job coordination bw customer and offshore team, intergrationexp and release and build to customer
- Exposure to project coordination between onsite(Tier 1s/OEMs) to large Offshore teams.
Desired Skills and Experience
Required Experience - 5-7 years
Mandatory- Hands on experience in C++ preferably Automotive Domain in Car infotainment/Audio
Good to have following additional skills-
- Good exposure to CMMI processes/Auto SPICE is an advantage
- Estimations/work allocation/metrics tracking
- Good project/program/risk management experience
- Hands on experience of working with time critical programs
