Job Description

• To resolve complex problems, contributes to the improvement of new products/processes and also maintenance& improvement of existing products/processes.
• Systematic knowledge about formulations of Castor oil & Its derivative and basic knowledge of polymerization of monomers by different methods (solution & emulsion).Knowledge of standard product development protocols. Scale up from lab to pilot level & production.
• He will be responsible for Product development, cost savings, product analysis and complain analysis for Castor oil & derivatives.
• They will be required to make and test lab batches of these products independently with limited supervision.
• Maintain and use test equipments in lab.
• To develop greater understanding of processes by which results are produced.
• To generate sound data and conclusions, suggests improvements in testing, processes, product line maintenance.
• Take self responsibility for ensuring safe operating procedures.
