Job Description

• Must have experience in dealing W2/C2C with U.S. Citizens, Green Card Holders, H1B candidates.
• Able to meet aggressive deadlines and handle multiple high priority requirements on day-to-day basis.
• Ability to understand the technical requirements and submit consultants profiles on time.
• Should be familiar with job portals like Dice, Monster, Career builder, Techfetch etc.
• Proven successful sales record in the U.S IT Staffing and Consulting Industry.
• Must have good Negotiating skills in finalizing rates/salary.
• Able to recruit candidates with OPT, H1B, GC, U.S Citizens
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English is the key to the right candidate.
