Activities include:

• Scanning, research and evaluation; focus on identifying opportunities and threats
• Broad scan of emerging technologies leading to deeper evaluation and potential pilots of relevant technologies.
• Publishing and directly communicating key trends and noteworthy technologies to ensure Fidelity remains innovative.
• Implementing POCs/pilots in emerging areas

• Actively staying on top of emerging technology trends and identify opportunities to incorporate them into Fidelity products and offerings
• Working on pilots/POCs on emerging technologies with a view to bringing value to Fidelity products and customers
• Be an evangelist for FCAT in India - create/foster thought leadership in India by actively collaborating with India teams to incorporate FCAT research into proposing solutions

• Total of 14yrs experience with a minimum of 8yrs Project management experience
• Great degree of interest and aptitude for cutting edge technologies
• Easily be able to work with multiple technologies
• Self directing
• Great deal of curiosity and mental agility
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Team player with excellent interpersonal skills

• B.E. or B.Tech degree
• Experience working in a startup company or a cutting edge product company Technology
