Associate Recruiter, Technical Recruiter, Senior Recruiter

A MNC providing manpower service to different USA client including Mnaufacturing, Banking, Insurance, Defence, IT sector. Seeking for an Associate Recruiter, Technical Recruiter and Senior Recruiter. Associate Recruiter, Technical Recruiter, Senior Recruiter will interact closely with the Team Lead and Account Manager to understand resources needs —current and future. You will identify and prioritize resource requirements based on current and planned engagements, and work hard to supply those needs with top-tier talent.  We need our Talent Acquisition Specialist to be a high-performance, detail-oriented individual who has a passion to work to grow size and quality of our organization by virtue of the talent they bring on board at our customer sites. Responsibilities

• Work with internal teams to understand the immediate and longer term needs of our customers end-to-end enterprise solutions
• Identify potential candidates using a variety of tools, including but not limited to databases, web sites, networking events and more
• Contact candidates using a variety of communication methods including email, telephone and web sites
• Interview and assess candidate skills based on the unique requirements of each position

• 0-4 years experience recruiting technical talent in a high volume environment . Graduate in any stream, Preference for MBA.
• Proficient in the use of national job boards including Monster, Linkedin. For Associate Recruiter or Trainee there is no experience required.
• Ability to think creatively, finding new ways to attract and retain quality candidates.
• Solid communication skills (written and verbal)
• Detail-oriented, with an ability to manage candidate workflow and all of the ancillar activities that support it (interview schedules, follow-up files, hiring forms, closing etc.)
