BU Overview
The primary objective of the Personal Investments (PI) team in India is to enable the PI businesses, working with our IT business partners in the US. Over the past 6 years we have developed technical expertise on various functions of personal investments and strategic investment products and data. We strive to achieve technical excellence in each of these functions and help the PI business accomplish its long term objectives.
Role Description:
The Accounts and Cash Services Team (ACS team) in PI is responsible for development and implementation of web applications which are used by customersfidelity.com. ACS manages a suite of products targeting accounts and cash management features on fidelity.com.
Job responsibilities include:
- Systems Analyst / Srumm Master in lead capacity for Money Movement Product
- Participates in Requirement gathering process extensively
- Identifiesthe support systems and assists PM to gather and recommend the estimates for the project
- Contributes to the design of new features and modules
- Drives functional direction for the product in accordance with the PI blueprint
- Works closely with Leads and drives proper assessment of issues in applications
- Reviews customer risks in the product and highlights those for discussion with Business
- Drives product stability
- Mentors and coaches developers in the team
- Reviews project artifacts
- Accountable for DIT testing and ensuring product meets high standards
Candidate Description
- Comprehensive knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), with proper understanding and managing of different phasesrequirements, analysis/design, development and testing
- Complete knowledge of various Software Development Methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile
- Hands on experience in Analyst Capacity for atleast 8 years preferably demonstrated in Web space
- 5-7 years’ experience in systems analysis, project management
- Hands-on scrum experience
- Scrum Master Certification (CSM) desired
- Experience working in financial services industry desired
- Software engineering experience desired
- Good Knowledge of project management and estimation techniquies required
- Excellent knowledge and working experience in with test planning, test execution and test results analysis
- Knowledge of product quality and code coverage tools a plus to detect vulnerabilities
- Good Knowledge of Java technologies a big plus

Qualifications
- Bachelors in Information Systems, Computer Science or Information Technology
