Job Description: Shift Timings  :   US shifts(Candidate should be open to rotational shift as per US timings) Key skill & requirement : 

• Excellent communication skills
• Lead generation, Outbound ,Sales experience will be an added advantage

Campaigns:   Lead generation,telemarketing,B2B sales, blend(outbound & inbound), Inbound Customer Service Salary :  1.5 L-3.5 L (CTC) based on communication skills & experience Interview Process, intent & offer Consultancy has to shortlist the candidates basis skills & experience. First round will be a telephonic interview for an initial scanning. On clearing the first round, candidate has to be available at the company location for a final round of interview. Candidate will be given an intent letter on selection & completion of documentation. Offer letter will be issued to the candidate only on successful completion of training. Added benefits: Cab Facilities available ,candidates willing to come on their own will be provided adequate compensation as travel allowance ***Currently we are only hiring male candidates for the job role.
