Job Description
Profile Description: - Quality Analyst 1. Graduate with at least 6-12 months experience in call quality function. 2. Candidate with more than 2 years calling experience in any ISP / customer care process can also be referred. 3. Will be responsible for listening to the calls and capture some details. This is a contractual employment for 3 months only. Extendable as per the business requirement on the discretion of the management. Shift timing: 4 p.m.-1 a.m. (cab facility will be provided) (Sat & Sun fixed off). Salary: 30+ incentive+ 10 K retention bonus+ Cabs.
