Designation: Technical Support Executive
Job Description:
- Handling incoming calls & provide technical support to the customers via voice
- Interact with the customers to resolve their queries.
- Identify software issues and offer solutions for customer.

- Excellent communication skills in English,
- Experience Must have minimum 6 month to 1 year work experience in international tech support voice process
