Dear Candidate, We have urgent opening Sales in real estate, for residential/Commercial projects in noida/greater noida area and for resale/Fresh properties in Noida/ncr, prefer candidates based in Delhi/ncr or Noida nearby area. Prior experience will be preferred. Openings: Sales Executive: 10k to 12k (6 month to 2 yrs) Tele caller : 10k to 12k (6 month to 2 yrs) Sales Manager: 18k to 20k above (3 yrs) Salary: Salary + incentive + Mobile Allowance Location: Noida Sector- 18 Job Description:

• Meet prospective customers and understand their real estate needs.
• Provide best possible solution to customers.
• Achieve the targeted revenue
• Good Knowledge of Computer
• Maintains contact with all clients and brokers.
• Demonstrates ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees
• Ability to develop & maintain positive working relationship, Flair for telesales/Sales
• Good & Pleasing Communication Skills, Excellent telephone courtesy & customer handling
• Background Direct Sales/Marketing Real Estate
