JOB DESCRIPTION:
- As a Software Engineer in Testing, yourter is to improve the quality of Myntra software.
- You will be responsible for designing and implementing testing tools, creating and enforcing good testing practices, and evaluating product quality.
- You will be part of a dynamic Engineering team working on solving complex problems in the E-commerce and Web 2.0 domains.
REQUIREMENT:
- Experience in a fast-paced mobile/web application development industry with an excellent understanding of QA methodology and best practices.
- Strong understanding of mobile platforms and browsers.
- Experience with iOS and Android platforms. Symbian will be a plus.
- Test web applications on multiple mobile browser across multiple platforms
- Test rich/native mobile application acrossmobile platforms (iphone, Android etc.)
- Strong understanding of QA automation tools such as Selenium, Sikuli, WebTest, LDAT or similar open source automation tools.
- Designs and develops automated tests suite in Selenium.
- Prior desktop web application testing or testing web applications on mobile browsers will be a huge plus.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan and execute regression and functional test cases of the web-site andback-end services for Myntra.com.
- Drive test automation and framework development.
- Work with the development and test engineering teams to automate testing.
- Conduct research on emerging technologies.
- Training and mentoring other team members.
- Experience in a fast-paced mobile/web application development industry with an excellent understanding of QA methodology and best practices.
