Crossland Health, a part of Interavion India Pvt. Ltd, invites applications for the following posts at Mahipalpur (Delhi) to assist in an OPD specialist clinic. Educational & Other Qualification : a) Nurse (Male) (i) XII Standard and Diploma in Nursing & Mid-Wifery (3 years course) OR (ii) B.Sc (Nursing) OR (iii) Nursing Certificate with 1 years experience in hospital The candidates should have a valid registration from the respective State Nursing Board Additional Skills: a) Independent working and motivated b) Basic Computer skills and using Smartphones c) Positive attitude towards technology and computers d) Strong Communication skills – build trust and relationship e) Language Skills – Hindi, English f) Strong interest in Patient Care and Patient Data Confidentiality g) Able to conduct basic patient Assessment h) Build relationships with other allied health partners nearby i) Administrative functions including coordination j) Oversee Patient Education Programs Position Purpose: To effectively conduct and operate a Specialty OPD clinic and catering to the specialty healthcare needs of local population. Duties and Responsibilities 1. Assist the Program Manager in effective management 2. Collect Patient and Case History for the Specialist 3. Patient education and counseling 4. Ensure timely coordination and submission of data 5. Facilitate all activities of the Specialist in the clinic 6. Ensures protocol adherence across various specialties 7.
